M2Mobi Wins Navteq Global LBS Prize of 425,000 Euro

We are proud to announce that we have won the runner up prize in the Navteq Global LBS Challenge 2010. The competition has given a lot of good reactions, press, and of course a big cheque with 425,000 euro worth of goodness (licenses and cash).

M2Mobi Finalist of the Navteq Global LBS Challenge

M2Mobi has been selected as a finalist for the Navteq Global LBS Challenge. This sunday, prior to the Mobile World Conference we will present our latest and baddest version of Nulaz to a jury of LBS specialists. This is again a great recognition for our service and technology. The prize pool of this competition is quite impressive (at 10 mln USD). We’ll keep you posted about our adventures.

Nulaz wins Teleatlas LBS-Out the Box Contest

We are proud to announce that we are the winners of the Teleatlas LBS Out of the Box Contest. We have been selected by Google, Sony Ericsson, and Orange Partner from a wide range of LBS applications as the winner of the Market Ready Category. We are showcasing our new version on MWC Barcelona at the Teleatlas stand. Drop by to get a stroopwafel and have a look at what we will be releasing soon.

iPhone Website Upgrade

Yesterday, our iphone website got an upgrade. Just browse with your iphone to www.nulaz.net and you’ll get to see the new version. Apart from a number of bugfixes, we gave the website a much more native look and feel and we incorporated some of the new features we’ve been building on the web. It might still be a bit slow, but we’re working on that, so stay tuned, and keep a close eye on the app store.

Nulaz Finallist of the Teleatlas Developer Competition

Together with two other companies we have been selected for the finals of the Teleatlas LBS – Out the Box EMEA Developer Competition. We are thankful to Teleatlas for giving us the support and we are going to put all our effort into getting a maximum result in the finals. We will hear the result mid January, so we keep y’all posted.
