Article in Dutch Newspaper Trouw

Last weekend we had an article in the Dutch newspaper Trouw. On their website there was some discussion on the origins of the Paquoia tribe, which we have -for once and for all- silenced by our reply (I’ve put it in the comments – only for Dutchies this time).

Meet us at CTIA 2008 in San Francisco 10-12 Sept.

We’re going to CTIA in San Francisco next week. Please contact us if you want to schedule a meeting. We don’t have a booth yet, but we will hack one. Just like we will hack ourselves into the TechCrunch50 . We didn’t get ourselves a $2,995 ticket, but we’ll see you there!

We will be doing some live mobile video blogging on the conference, so stay tuned.

.

What movie should we see now?

When Vodafone says: “make the most of now“, I guess they mean something along the lines of what we have just added to Nulaz: live location based movie information.
So now Nulaz shows you on the map which movies are going to show close to you.

The movie information is kindly provided to us by Biosagenda.nl.

Nulaz in the Paper, Web, FD.tv and on the radio

Some Dutch critics would say it is Cucomber time, but we like to think we are on the edge of a new era in social networks. Therefore, the interest in services like Nulaz is steadily growing and we’ve received quite some attention from the media. We were on the front page of the Dutch Financial Times (Financieel Dagblad), we did a video for their webpage (fd.tv), and we were on BNR newsradio. You can see here what was written and recorded.

Like any good demo, our application crashed during the recordings because we were doing some ‘harmless’ database modifications…..
Click here to listen to the radio interview about LBS services on BNR newsradio.

And if you are thinking: ‘who is that fraternity guy in the video only talking about drinking beer?‘. That would be me.
