The past couple of weeks we’ve been working on an application that will help learning the topography of the Netherlands and now it’s finally live: TopoTutor for Android! And may we introduce to you: Dr. Schlümpfi, our dedicated professor who will guide you through the application and will help you if you get stucked with a question. And of course, he will give you the right answer if you screwed it up, so you will learn something for the next time.
Remember KiloMeter Registratie? The smart and simple application with which you can keep track of your business and private mileage and register it to Google Calendar? We got BIG news for you! Now the app is available for Nokia also! So if you didn’t get it earlier because you don’t have an iPhone, now you can have it on your Nokia!
Will Microsoft be able to deliver something innovative for a change? We like Microsoft for giving us one of their Windows 7 Phones, but only if it actually is worth something to us. We like the ideas behind their mobile interface design, but it all comes down to the actual implementation of these ideas into something nice and comprehensive. It is supposed to arrive sometime this month, so we are waiting eagerly.
When it comes to a penalty shootout, the Dutch have a bad history. Because we want them to win this afternoon, we’ve created a Penalty trainer game, that can be run with Vuvuzela’s in the background if you run iOS 4 and take one of the VUVU sounds to play in the background.
Get the game and start training your penalty skills!
Even though nobody really noticed, Nokia is pushing it’s new N8 device together with the OVI store and all the nice apps that people can download there. Amongst the nicest of those apps are our apps, of course. And therefore Nokia is pushing our apps in their commercials. As you can see, Nulaz is right up there with Facebook. Really nice of them. Thanks Nokia.
We were already in the US shop, but now we’ve opened business in the Dutch shop with SMS my Position; and we are on the main shelf. This all may sound as if we are selling like maniacs now, but in Appstore Street the Marketplace has a small shop with not so much apps on the shelf and not a lot of people walk in there. We’re here to liven up the shop with more apps to come. Check out our app and buy it, it’s only €1,39!
We have really enjoyed our experience with creating the Holland Heineken House mobile application, and we would like to share our experience with you in this presentation.
